Great place, don’t know what people are yapping about. Got all my wisdom teeth out in one go. Only thing that dragged the process was they couldn’t find a vein so they promptly switched to an alt anesthetic. Felt a lot of it but what can you do, he was quick and did his best to numb the area to help manage the pain. Followed all post op instructions and healed phenomenally, nearly no swelling, no bruising at all, and the only time I was in any real terrible pain was when I was sitting at CVS waiting for my prescription for waaaaay too long and the anesthetic started to fully wear off. Huge plus, I got to keep my teeth!

Post op dental infection that was ignored by dr. I had one of my wisdom teeth removed. During the week the pain got worse. A week later I went in to get my sutures out and I explained to dr Chi that the entire right side of my face and head was in pain, the extraction site was oozing yellow goo and I was pretty sure I had an infection. Dr Chi said “You should come back when you feel better.” I didn’t know how to respond to this so I just asked for stronger antibiotics and he said no, then proceeded to act offended that I even suggested that I might have an infection. Having the sutures removed was much more painful than having the actual tooth removed because everything was swollen and in pain. I left his office in tears and was given a prescription for medication that was useless. A few days later I’m still in excruciating pain so I go to see my regular doctor. Guess what… My extraction site was infected. I was given proper antibiotics from my doctor and I felt much better the next day. If I didn’t go to my regular doctor to get better antibiotics I don’t know what would have happened. I also want to be very clear about this, I did not get stronger pain meds, I only got stronger

THEY LACK TIME MANAGEMENT. IF YOU MAKE AN APPOINTMENT BE READY TO WAIT AT LEAST 30 MINUTES TO BE SEEN.

My son who had always been scared going to the dentist waa in a big surprised! He said he never felt any pain at all! My goodness we were always have to hold him down even just to take blood test! So that means Dr CHI is the best surgeon in the country if not the Whole world! Hands down 🖐or up 🤪

I had four wisdom teeth removed here (two were impacted) and everyone was so kind. Really the best experience possible considering the circumstances. Thank you all!
